Where to Donate Your Time and Services Around Denver This Holiday Season

975 × 511

While this time of year we’re taught to be grateful for what we have, we also need to put our thoughts towards those who don’t have a lot to be thankful for. Our Denver community is great at helping those in need, and we have a number of outlets to help you get involved and give back. We’ve put together a list of volunteer opportunities for you to put your time and energy towards this holiday season around our city.

Denver Rescue Mission

This is a great option if you don’t have a lot of money to put towards donating. You’re able to provide a complete Thanksgiving meal to a Denver resident in need for only $1.92. Volunteering your time is also an option throughout the holidays in addition to any monetary donations you are able to make.

Big Brothers Big Sister of Colorado

If sending in a check just isn’t your style, invest in a child’s future and become a big brother or sister. This time of year, younger adults are in need of a support system and your time could change someone’s future. You’re also able to volunteer as a counselor and help young adults graduate high school and move on to college.

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is a great option if you’re unsure of how you want to get involved. You have the choice to volunteer, fundraise, make a monetary donation, or even set up automatic donations to help all year long. This is a great organization to be a part of and help spread holiday cheer to those who need it most this season.

We know that every little thing makes a difference this time of year, big or small. We’d like to do what we can to help you by offering a free battery inspection through the end of next month. The last thing you need this holiday season is to have your battery stall on a cold Denver night. Ensure that you make it to Grandma’s house in time for the stuffing by coming in to see us. Claim your coupon online and make your appointment today. Our dealership is thankful for our great customers and the hard work that our community does year-round. Happy holidays from all of us here at Larry H. Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep.
