Larry H. Miller Stuff for Students School Supply Drive Results

Larry H. Miller Dealerships, along with Larry H. Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep and the support of customers and employees, collected $23,500 in school supplies during the 2017 “Stuff for Students” campaign. In partnership with 9News, Volunteers of America Colorado Branch (VOA), and other business partners, supplies donated during this year’s drive will benefit 60,000 students from pre-K through high school.

“We are fortunate to have a great team of partners like Larry H. Miller Dealerships who come together to support 'Stuff for Students' every year,” said Bradley Gulley, director of volunteer programs, Volunteers of America Colorado Branch. “Thanks to the donations from Larry H. Miller Dealerships, their employees, and their customers, families can focus on school and not the financial burden of the cost of school supplies. These contributions will make a real difference in the communities we serve.”

Throughout the month of August, we had a Jeep in our showroom stuffed with much-needed school supplies. Since 2015, it is estimated that nearly $50,000 in school supplies has been donated by Larry H. Miller Dealerships to benefit students from more than 15 school districts who are in low-income households or suffering from homelessness. We were proud to donate a Jeep full of supplies for our Colorado students.

We’ve been helping our Colorado students through this wonderful school supply drive for the last 16 years and we’re already excited for next year’s donations. We would like to give a huge thank you not only to our staff and customers who contributed their time and resources, but to the members of our society who made an effort to donate and participate. Our Colorado students have more opportunities because of your support. Larry H. Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep is fortunate to do business in such a loving and helping community.
